NPE Set-Up Begins: First Photos from the Show Floor at McCormick Place!

While the official start of NPE2009 may still be nine days away, early preparations and exhibitor move-ins have already begun on the show floor at McCormick Place in Chicago. SPI’s man on the scene, Director of Trade Show Operations AJ Janosko, has already sent back some photos of the progress like the ones above. Over the next week, you can watch the progress of the move-in via AJ’s continuing feed of photos.  Share in the adventure of our NPE2009 move-in as you get ready to join us in Chicago for the start of the show on June 22nd.

  1. Great job AJ! Amazing progress for the first day. My hat goes off to you, the entire staff of SPI and the fantastic Freeman team. All of your planning makes this look easy (which we all know it is not)!!

Good luck in the week to come!

  2. Way to go AJ!! Looks like the weather is cooperating and the banners look great. See you soon. John

  3. It’s like dominoes…once the first one gets placed the rest follow and pretty soon – BAM! It’s Monday morning and everyone is thinking “how’d they do that?”

  4. Welex carpet was laid before I arrived and we had 3 trailers of equipment offloaded, spotted and assembled by the time work finished Friday afternoon. Freeman did a great job.
I hope everyone else has the same success we did.

  5. How exciting. It’s almost here. Great job.

  6. Everything’s looking good. Glad to still be at home, see everyone Saturday!
Have a great show and safe travels.
